With the expected number of redundancies following the end of furlough, Skills Support for Redundancy have reserved a substantial amount of funding which will assist employers and individuals across Leicester and Leicestershire.
The funding offers a range of support for re-training, up-skilling and CV and employability courses.
This service is free and the training offers people the chance to gain new qualifications which will make them more attractive to prospective employers.
If you are restructuring your team, there is also Skills Support for the Workforce. This programme can offer funded training to help bridge any skills gaps your employees may have as they move into the new structure.
Both Skills Support for Redundancy and Skills Support for the Workforce are co-financed by the Education & Skills Funding Agency and European Social Fund.
